5.1.2. All orders submitted before 4 pm (local warehouse time) are processed the same day.

5.2.1. Our products are dispatched worldwide via DHL or other carriers based on your location.

5.2.2. Packages typically arrive within 5–8 business days for urban locations, and within 5–12 business days for all other zones.

5.2.3. Shipping and handling of all orders are provided free of charge. Standard shipping and handling have been included in all prices listed on this website.

5.2.4. Please be aware that shipments are not performed on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays. Orders placed after 10 AM (local warehouse time) on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

5.2.5. All packages are insured, and delivery is guaranteed.

5.2.6. Should your package be lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or fail to be delivered for any reason, a free reshipment will be arranged.

5.2.7. The exact time or arrival date cannot be guaranteed, as it does not depend solely on us. Kindly note that all products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers / suppliers we partner with.

5.2.8. While many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers or suppliers we partner with, your contract of sale is with PREMSOX LTD. Order handling, payment and statutory consumer rights remain our responsibility. Nevertheless, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, encompassing manufacturing defects or delays caused by third-party manufacturers, suppliers, carriers or customs authorities. The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Reversals and Chargebacks

6.1. Where an ambiguous situation arises, the right to file a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate is reserved.
